Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling a student at Jamia Ali, using our website, or contributing to the Fikreakhirat Welfare Foundation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services and website.
About Jamia Ali
Jamia Ali is an Islamic educational institution (madrasa) offering Nazra Quran, Hifz-ul-Quran, Dars-e-Nizami and related programs, supported in its welfare and community work by the Fikreakhirat Welfare Foundation. All programs are conducted in accordance with Islamic teachings and the institution's academic policies.
Admissions & Enrollment
Admission is subject to age eligibility, submission of complete and accurate documentation, and successful completion of any required interview or placement assessment. Jamia Ali reserves the right to accept, defer or decline any application at its sole discretion, and to verify submitted documents at any stage of enrollment.
Code of Conduct & Discipline
Students are required to observe Islamic etiquette, maintain punctuality and discipline, wear the prescribed uniform, and abide by the rules set by the administration and teaching staff. Jamia Ali reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, in cases of serious misconduct, repeated absenteeism, or violation of institutional rules.
Hostel & Boarding Facilities
Hostel accommodation, where available, is offered subject to capacity and is governed by separate hostel rules covering conduct, visiting hours, and safety. Jamia Ali is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged on its premises, though reasonable care is taken to ensure student welfare and safety at all times.
Fees & Payments
Admission fees, monthly tuition and hostel charges are payable as communicated by the administration office and are subject to periodic revision. Continued enrollment is conditional upon timely fee payment. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Donations & Welfare Contributions
Donations, Sadaqah, Zakat and other contributions made to Jamia Ali or the Fikreakhirat Welfare Foundation are accepted in trust and utilised at the institution's discretion towards student sponsorships, food and ration support, medical assistance, campus development and other welfare activities, in accordance with Shariah principles. Donors seeking Zakat-compliant handling should specify this at the time of contribution.

All text, images, logos and other content on this website are the property of Jamia Ali unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our forms.
